It seems that more and more of them are coming out these days. I’ve been told it’s mainly because you don’t really need big name stars in them and that alone makes them much cheaper to produce which is another reason why so many are made. Even though there has been a rash of new horror releases over the past decade or so, few have really stood out. Maybe the RING and the first of the Hostel series were okay at times and the recently released Evil Dead looks like it could be a contender. Sadly, my wife isn’t a fan of those types of movies so I’ll have to talk her into checking it out when it’s released on DVD or I’ll watch it alone.  But I digress… back to our main topic!!!
